Returns

Please read the terms of sale before buying below. If you buy that means you have read and accepted these terms and conditions:

 

For all electronic products

  • This item is fully guaranteed against any defective phycially ( if anything is missing or damaged, firmware is not included) when the customer finds all merchandises upon receipt and notify us by email via support@digital-world-online.com immediately
  • Default sent to the delivery address of the buyer on Paypal/Payoneer/Strip.Please confirm before buying if that address. If not, the extra expenses that may arise will be provided by the buyer.
  • We accept the returns up to 21days from the date of receipt.We do not refund shipping fee on returns that are non-defective. Buyers are responsible for shipping fee when returning the items.
  • No refunds are allowed if the item is damaged by misuse by the purchaser ( scratches, dings, forced connectors, split screen, the failure of the installation of the firmware / upgrade the firmware and software etc).  

For all clothes Appeal & others softline products( Like cases, accessories etc)

  • All items we made inspection before we sent. Due to the photo taking in website, there are color different between the physical products and product photos.
  • Return the item is accepted if the item is not correct item, including styles, color and even sizes.
  • Return the item which a buyer unwanted, but please note that the buyer has to pay the restock fee and admin fee from our information.

Once you decide to return the item, you should know:

  • We will only fully refund once we get the return item of which in good conditions, and well-and-completed packaging ( with tags  if applicable). Otherwise, restock fee incurred and the buyer has to bear.
  • The reason for returning a defective / return item must be proved by any means (vidoes, photos… )If the package arrives at your home in a bad conditions, please do not accept it, otherwise the Post we do not bear any responsibility .
  • Seller will NOT be held responsibility for any additional costs(tax)/lost or damage after posting items.
  • Only defective product returns will be accepted after 21days upon receipt of the item. If no replacement available, store credit or refund will be issued.
  • All products must be returned in the original packaging including all accessories and documentation that shipped with the product. Returns must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit. Product(s) damage during transit will invalidate the rights of returns/ replacement/ repair. We do not accept the returns that a problem is caused by improper use.
  • The return has to request within 21days upon receipt of the item
  • The buyer can choose refund or replacement once you get the item. But the buyer has to contact with us previously so that we could help a buyer to find the solutions to fix the problems that the buyer rise these up.
  • Services charge we won’t make any refund ( including Extra Express courier fee, repair fee ).
  • Our store has rights to ask the buyer to pay back the restock fee + admin fee once the buyer make return request. Please contact with us before the buyer needs to know more information about this

We are happy to sell the items in this platform, however, we find many scammers to steal the items recently. Based on this issue, we contact with police department in different countries to make sure there is no such crimminal happened.

  • For 2-years warranty, it included the item checking only. If there has damaged not by natural ( such as crashing, scratches by human etc., monitor replacement) and has to replace the parts, we does not bear about this.
