Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Almost the unit prices are free of charge. But you need extra services, such as express services, or even the gift packaging. Please contact us and we will give you the offer accordingly.
How long will delivery take?
In general, the order will takes 21-45 working days. If you need express services, it should have 7-15 days, or even 3-5 days.
What exactly happens after ordering?
When you placed the order, you will receive our confirmation order though the email.
Within 2-3days, we will provide the tracking number and you can track the shipping status.
If there has some problems, such as no stock, or change the item within different features, we will send the email notifications to the buyer. The buyer has to make sure the email is valid for receiving any updates from us.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Please go to order, then you can view the order in details.
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
After placing the order, please send the email at support@digital-world-online to mention about the gift receipt. In the email, please leave the order # and what is your requirement. We will send this via email to you.
How long do I have to return an order?
All items are in 30days upon receipt the item in case you need to return.
Please be sure all the items are completed package, such as accessories, the boxes without any damage. Otherwise, it may incurred 15% restock fee if the item no included full-set accessories like we dispatched before.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
How is the recipient reimbursed?
No item the recipient reimbursed, even the items are appeals, parts. The buyer has to contact with us at support@digital-world-online.com about the return issues and we will guide the recipients how to follow the return steps.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes, if the item is defective or lost due to the delivery.
We only offer partial refund if the item is no longer need, or the item is defective if the buyer updated the firmwares by his/ her own. Please contact with us so that we give the return issues in details.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
We only dispatch the order based on the delivery address shown on Paypal. Please make sure the address is correct when place the order.
How can I return an item?
There are 2 regions for return once the order confirmed to be return.
