• Currently, we have provided the shipping service for small-packet orders:

1. Standard posts ( around 10-21 days) : It depends on the destination,
2. Express shipment(3-7days) : UPS, Fedex and DHL. Please note that we do not have any VAT/IVA/ IOSS pre-paid. The buyer has to bear the taxes incurred. We also recommend the buyer to check the threshold of imported amount by the local laws.
3. IOSS: Starting from 1st July 2021, there has IOSS law acts on EU country, please contact us if there has the questions about this.
4. The orders do not come with insurance, if you need this service, please contact us within 24hrs upon the order confirmation.

• For the bulk orders, we will contact with the buyer directly as the shipping prices are different from small-packet orders.
•  SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit time may vary, particularly during the holiday season. We will update the delivery time if there has uncertain issues, such as the labor strikes, .
